Tamoxifen

• In the Scottish Cancer Trials Breast Group (N=1312 followed 14 years) there was a 19% lower rate of myocardial infarction

• In the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast Project Trial, there was a 15% (ns) reduction in CHD mortality.
