Eligibility
Patient received tamoxifen therapy for 57-66 months.
Interval between completion of tamoxifen and randomization must be no more than 180 days.
Life expectancy at least 10 years.
At the time of diagnosis tumor confined to the breast and ipsilateral axilla on clinical exam.
