Intimacy and Sharing
  1. Have family members been able to talk about the breast cancer experience? About fears? Right away or later?
  2. Do you fell you can share your fears or do you fell you have to be "up"
  3. How has breast cancer affected your marraige or couple relationship?
  4. Has breast cancer brought you together or been a wedge between you?

Emotions
  1. What emotions did family members demonstrate through the breast cancer diagnosis, etc.?
  2. What was/is NOT said - and maybe should have been?
  3. Do you feel the breast cancer diagnosis inhibited your expression of normal emotions, such as anger/displeasure etc.?

Sexuality
  1. Have you been able to talk about how breast cancer has affected your sex life?
  2. How do you deal with changes to your sex life?
  3. Have you ever expressed grief over the losses in your sex life?

General
  1. How have older children, younger children, parents reacted to breast cancer?
  2. How have friends reacted to the breast cancer?
  3. In dating, dating when do you think a single breast cancer survivor should tell about breast cancer?
  4. What advice about family/couple relationships would you give husbands, family members, significant others just hearing of a breast cancer diagnosis?
